My experience with Farthings Funeral services was exceptional. Everyone i had contact with was respectful, helpful and polite and the environment at Ipswich was peaceful and lovely. Francesca, however, was truly amazing. She explained everything gently and patiently, ensuring I had all the information i needed without overwhelming me. I was comforted immediately that dad was in good hands. Dad died at home and the removal of dad’s body was done so carefully and respectfully. With Francesca nothing was too much trouble and she was always calm and reassuring. She read me perfectly every time we met, often with little notice from me, and met my needs without fail. Although she was patient and lovely i also felt that she had everything under control and i had utmost confidence that everything would be organised and arranged as we needed and supported me and mum completely. I was so grateful she was with us on the day of the funeral as it felt like she had my back and would lead me where i needed to be and she did. I will be forever grateful she was allocated to my family and i will always remember what she did for us as it made a difficult time so much more bearable.

Our family cannot recommend Farthing in Woodbridge highly enough. During such a stressful and emotional time, they not only took perfect care of our beloved mum, but also us as a family. The respect shown to mum and us was second to none. The team led by Ammie ensured not only was mum treated carefully and with great respect,
but her funeral was the best it could be. We were fully supported from the first phone call -they made every step in the planning, viewing and the day itself as easy as possible for us to help us get through it all.

The whole team were all very professional, dignified and respectful. Andrea met with us a few times and was always available to speak on the phone or reply to emails whenever needed. She did not attempt to rush us in our decisions and was very understanding and put us at our ease. We had no worries on the day as we knew everything was in place and Farthings could be trusted to carry out their duties in a way that would be fitting to Bernard. The whole day reflected the person he was and it really was a wonderful way to say thank you for his life and his influence on others.

Brilliant and caring company. Made myself and my family feel like we had made the right decisions for the cremation. Don't hesitate to contact them. Francesca, the funeral director was extremely respectful and professional whilst dealing with our fathers funeral. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
